Promotion decisions and leadership credibility often hinge on things nobody writes in a job description: how you open a meeting, how you handle a challenge in front of senior colleagues, how concisely you make a recommendation.
This intensive is private, practical work on those skills. Together we identify the specific situations where your presence matters most, work on structure, delivery and composure, and rehearse real upcoming meetings and presentations. It is coaching, not a course.

Intake and goals session
A 90-minute first session to map the situations that matter most and agree what better looks like.
Five 60-minute 1:1 sessions
Weekly private video sessions on structure, delivery, composure under pressure, and influence.
Rehearsal of real situations
Work on your actual upcoming presentations, board updates, interviews or difficult meetings.
Written development plan
A plan built after the first session and updated as we go.
Email support between sessions
Send drafts, slides or questions between sessions for written feedback.
Close-out summary
A written summary of what we worked on and what to keep practising.

Is it in person?
Sessions are held by video call.
What is the refund position?
If you decide after the first session that it is not right for you, contact us and we will refund the unused sessions.
Is there a certificate?
No credential, certification or licence is issued. If you would like one, we can provide a plain certificate of completion; it is a record of participation only.
