The Accelerator gives you a private, structured space to work through it. We separate what has ended from what is beginning, clarify the decisions you actually need to make and in what order, and turn them into a practical plan with milestones for the months ahead.

Intake session
A 90-minute first session to understand the transition, its pressures and your priorities.
Seven 60-minute 1:1 sessions
Private video sessions over eight weeks, covering decisions, direction, practical planning and follow-through.
Transition map
A written map of what is ending, what is continuing and what you want to start.
Decision sequence
A worked order for the decisions in front of you, so you are not trying to solve everything at once.
Six-month transition plan
A written plan with milestones and check-in points beyond the program.
Email support between sessions
Questions, drafts and updates between sessions by email.

Who it isn’t for: This is coaching, not counselling, therapy, legal or financial advice. If the transition involves grief, a health crisis or legal matters, please also work with the relevant qualified professional.

What kinds of transition does it cover?
Career change, redundancy, relocation, separation, an empty nest, returning to work, retirement, and similar major changes.
Is it in person?
Sessions are held by video call.
What is the refund position?
If you decide after the first session that it is not right for you, contact us and we will refund the unused sessions.
Is there a certificate?
No credential, certification or licence is issued. If you would like one, we can provide a plain certificate of completion; it is a record of participation only.
